Finally a reasonable solution to the rusty Ford aft of axle steel fuel tank problem.  Since year model 2000, there has been an ongoing concern with Ford's aft of axle steel diesel fuel tanks rusting and restricting the in tank fuel pick-up strainer.

TFB Global LLC has developed a method and hardware to work around this concern without having to replace the fuel tank and pick-up assembly.  In most cases, the fuel tank can be removed, washed and reinstalled when using our external Diesel Fuel Particulate Pre-filter system.  Some minor modification to the fuel pick-up assembly is required.

Kits are available for the 7.3L, 6.0L and 6.4L Power Stroke Diesel, F Series.
